The second Rutherford Repair Café was a great success. Over 50 people attended from Rutherford and the surrounding areas and were helped by thirteen coaches, ranging in age from teenagers to senior citizens. More than seventy-five repairs were attempted in the following categories: lamps, small appliances, electronics, knife sharpening, lawnmowers, furniture, jewelry, bicycles, clothing, and sewing machines. Kids got the chance to enjoy making mosaic art out of discarded Amazon envelopes. The response from participants was overwhelmingly positive.
