Lifelong Rutherford resident, Steve Way, Executive Producer of the movie "Good Bad Things", cannot wait for more audiences to see this movie that premiered at the 2024 Slamdance Film Festival. This weekend the film will premiere in our area at the AMC theater in Clifton Commons on Thursday, August 15th at 7 pm, with additional showtimes throughout the weekend. On Sunday, August 18th after the 2 pm showing, Steve Way will participate in a Q&A at the Barnes and Noble, Clifton Commons. Tickets can be reserved here.
This film follows the story of Danny, an entrepreneur, with physical disabilities, and his journey of discovery and self-acceptance, as he and his business partner struggle not to lose their advertising and marketing agency.
Steve Way, has performed with his friend, Ramy Youssef, Rutherford native and RHS Distinguished Graduate, on his award-winning series, "Ramy". Steve is also a well-known and admired stand-up comedian, motivational speaker, and disability rights and universal health care advocate.
