Almost two months ago, This is Rutherford, published this article about the newly renovated pedestrian tunnel, often referred to as "Clara's Tunnel". Each month there will be a new artistic display in the tunnel. Last month, Jess Stiles' photography was showcased. For the month of March, Rutherford student artwork (grades 1-12) can be found in the tunnel.

The art teachers at Washington, Lincoln, Pierrepont, Union, and Rutherford High School collected and organized the art to be arranged in the tunnel. English and Arts Supervisor, Brian Ersalesi, thanked the Arts teachers, "Thank you to Laura Clossey, Stephanie Natiello, Alexis Klubeck, Stephanie Castellano, Veronica Grillo, and Steve Mett for continually challenging our students to create beautiful and meaningful works!"
