Soccer Caravan

On Saturday, December 12th the Mayor and Council with the assistance of the Rutherford Police Department, Volunteer Fire Department, and Ambulance Corps led a caravan to the homes of the Rutherford High School Varsity Soccer players. The caravan honored each of these players who worked together as a team to win the NJSIAA Northeast Group 2-B Regional Championship, earning them the first state title in history for the RHS Soccer team. Each player was awarded a certificate of achievement and congratulated by the Mayor and several Council members.
