Rutherford Recreation: Halloween 2020

This year many activities have been altered to decrease the risk of spreading coronavirus. The Rutherford Recreation Department has organized many creative opportunities for community members while adhering to state safety guidelines.

In lieu of the Halloween Spooktacular, the Rutherford Recreation Department is holding two different Halloween contests. The House Decorating Contest will take place until October 19th. Community members are invited to submit their family name, address, phone number, and email address to RutherfordRecContest@rutherfordboronj.com to enter the contest. The judging will take place on October 30th between 4-8 pm. Winners will be announced on Halloween. The Jack-O-Lantern Photo Contest will also run until October 19th. Community members are welcome to submit their photos of their Jack-O-Lanterns to RutherfordRecContest@rutherfordboronj.com.
