Rutherford Police Department Promotes Officers

While gathered in Lincoln Park with their families and the Mayor and Council, four police officers were promoted. The Police Department and the Borough of Rutherford congratulate Captain Sean Farrell, Lieutenant Michael Garner, Lieutenant David Dovalo, and Sergeant Vincent Callan on their promotions.
