Epic people deserve an epic clap out. The Bergen County Police Chiefs Association organized a phenomenal lineup of Police, Fire, and EMS ambulance vehicles on April 28, 2020. The Police Pipes and Drums of Bergen County led the procession through the line of our healthcare heroes at Hackensack University Medical Center - Hackensack Meridian Health. Chief John R. Russo and members of our agency are humbled to have taken part in such a moving experience.
On April 26, the Rutherford Fire Department donated food to the staff at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC). The RFD wish to thank all of these healthcare workers for their hard work and dedication to our communities, especially during these difficult times.
On May 6th, the Rutherford Fire Department donated food to the staff at St. Mary's General Hospital to once again show their gratitude for all that these individuals at St. Mary's General Hospital do, especially during this Pandemic crisis.
