On March 15, the curtains rose for RHS' production of Mamma Mia! The ABBA musical with a glittering score was performed to a sold out crowd. There were three performances of the show, one on Friday evening and two performances on Saturday (matinee and evening).

Set in the beautiful Mediterranean, Mamma Mia! is truly a walk down the aisle you’ll never forget! Donna Sheridan (played by Julia Alati), the mother of the bride, is organizing the final touches to her daughter Sophie’s wedding. Much to her dismay, three former flames arrive on Kalokairi and send her into a panic. These three men (played by John Soulaine, Nick Tardiff, and Anthony Moore) could be Sophie’s father, and Donna does not want her to find out. Little does she know that Sophie (played by Sarah Dzurillay) has invited them to the little island herself

RHS Seniors (L-R): Justin Esposito, Anthony Moore, John Soulaine, Caroline Mierzwa, Nick Tardiff, and Russell Gomez-Martinez

From December to March, the cast, crew, pit band, and creative team logged countless hours to bring Mamma Mia! to life. All of their hard work was rewarded with a standing ovation!
