This year's Ragamuffin Parade, an annual tradition, took place on Saturday, October 24th. As in years past, there were ten Prize winners and two Grand Prize winners.
The ten Prize winners were: Punxsutawney Phil/Groundhog's Day, Hamilton, Little Mermaid, Star Wars, Astronauts and the Moon, Cinderella, the Prince and family, Circus Freaks, Fire Department, Garbage collectors, and Gremlins.
