The Meadowlands Chamber would like to let local businesses know about the additional $100 million in Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding that Governor Phil Murphy, Lieutenant Governor Oliver, Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin, U.S. Senator Bob Menendez, and Congressman Tom Malinowski approved this week. $70 million of the money will be distributed to restaurants, microbusinesses, and other small businesses through Phase 3 of the NJ Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program.
