On Tuesday, November 5th, Rutherford residents were able to vote for Mayor, two 3-year Council seats and three 3-year Board of Education seats. The results as of Tuesday night were as follows (while these numbers do not include mail-in ballots, there were not enough mail-in ballots to change the final outcome) :
